This is regarding an internet flooring company called IFloor.com.

In July 2003, I ordered 1300 square feet of prefinished oak 3/4 inch wood floor. I paid 3010. with my mastercard. I printed out all the particulars of this material and the manufacturer. In the meantime, I wait the month of August and I place a call and they tell me it is back - ordered. Meanwhile I look on line and the flooring has a new phrase added to the description "Cabin Grade"! That means it is leftovers, scrap! I call Rommel the rep for the 15th time and he assures me that the original that I ordered was not cabin grade but they are having a tough time getting it together. Sept. comes and goes and no word I attempt phone calls again, to no avail. Someone always says they will return calls- right. Mid November and the shipment arrives and we have to go to another town to pick it up. Guess what- it is cabin grade- so many little pieces with a lot of flaws. My husband says he will make it work somehow. We ordered 300 extra feet but could not finish all because of the quality. Here's the biggest part to the rip off that is I-Floor- in June 2005, they had the nerve to charge my credit card an extra 700.! said the original didn't go through. When I showed them that they charged the entire amount in one payment and not in parts- they did not respond. I called Citi cards and protested and because of the length of time from the original purchase- could not reverse it!

Do not purchase anything from IFLOOR.COM!!!!!!!! beware!!!!!!!!
