If you are a consumer interested in buying a pool from Blue Haven, PLEASE don't!!! I only wish I had read all of the complaints on this website prior to signing the contract with them. We are so frustrated and so unhappy with the service, or lack of, that they have provided we can't even enjoy our pool. Looking at it just brings horrible feelings. Pretty sad that we could spend as much as we did for something that made us unhappy. I beg you - DO NOT BUY from them. I have recently contacted Dateline NBC to see if they will run a program on this sorry excuse for a company. Look at it this way - there is nothing you can do if you don't like it once you have signed. They have you and once you make a payment - you'll never be happy. They will never call, never do anything right, parts will be broken or missing, they will literally ignore your calls and then you'll get to the stage we're at and hire a lawyer.

Call everyone and do it repeatedly. Call consumer affairs, call Better Business Bureau, call your local government, anyone that can get the word out. I am posting anti-blue haven flyers everywhere I can so other consumers do have to go through what we did.
