My refrigerator 200 lts purchased in 1997 is not working properly. On cold days the cooling is proper but in hot days the cooling is not adequate and the butter also remains soft. I have taken the services of your service group of Noida. They attended twice and charged Rs 700/- but no improvement has been noticed. Your service engineers say that your refrigerator cannot cool more than this. I have decided to replace the refrigerator with other make as your design is not satisfactory and cannot cool on hot days. Still I have a hunch that the information given by your service engineers are wrong, but you need to prove that. If I do not hear anything within a day, I will replace the refrigerator but will be forced to share my experience with others that the design of your refrigerator is no adequate and people should refrain from purchasing you make refrigerators.
