My Kind of Town Show on ABC the Summer of 2005

My daughter attended the taping of the show "My Kind of Town", show #107, on July 16, 2005 at ABC Studios in New York City. She received a yellow "Winner Copy" form entitling her to the receipt of one (1) Vermont Casting model VCS5005 Gas Grill valued at $1,321.00. She was told that this grill would be delivered to her. As of this date she has heard nothing. I have called the number for PIC-TV that is listed on her gold "Winner Copy" form and left a voice message as well sent a email to the email address listed on the form. I have not been contacted by anyone. I have also contacted ABC and was put into a voice mail for consumer problems and was told to email my complaint and someone would get back to me. My email was deleted without being read. This show was taped and aired at ABC and I assumed that all of this was done with integrity and good faith because of the integrity of the station. As of this date I have not been able to get anyone to answer any of my emails or voicemails. Is it a common practice for viewers to be promised things by ABC and the things that a person has won are just not ever delivered? Shirley
