Silkies Pantyhose - HCI direct, INC Like so many other postings on this site I have the same details. I mailed in for a free sample after carefully looking over the offer. There was no commitment to buy and I did not anticipate the second shipment of Pantyhose. However the bill for $14.92 said I could return the merchandise under their "No Obligation To Buy" Policy. I did. To date I have received 6 threatening letters and am now being told I am about to be turned over to a collection agency. I have sent them 6 written letters, none have been responded to.

I contacted a customer service rep via their internet site, www.silkies.com I received no answer, but the thread was noted as "Solved" Still, nasty letters keep coming.

I have come across a legal firm looking to file a class-action lawsuit against this company for these practices.
