Hi my name is Cindy Austin .I own The Salon at 6904 Gratiot Rd. Saginaw, Michigan 48609 Suite # 2. On Sat. Sept. 17th I took flight #472 I boarded at 7:30 A.M. out of Detroit Metro Airport, that meant I left my home in Saginaw MI. at 4:00 A.M. to be at the airport by the required 2 hours before boarding time frame. So by now I've been awake and moving since 2:00 A.M.When in route to Phoenix I saw the rudest and unattentive flight attendants I have seen in a long time There were only 2 gentlemen one of which the older of the two never said good morning to anyone and 3 different times I got out of my seat the grey haired gentleman was sitting in his jump seat with a newspaper on his lap sleeping. It was a full flight and that might have something to do with the fact that we were never told we could order breakfast.

 

I think who ever your lead flight attendants are should be aware of this, because I would hate to think that these 2 gentleman conduct themselves like this on all of the flights they fly.I am in the customer service industry myself and I can surely tell you if I did not even have a smile at least for my clients I would not have them very long. I have always flown Southwest to Phoenix but decided to give America West a try I was very disappointed. I hope this gets to whom can address this with the people it needs to.
