Sir,

I am from Simdega in the state of Jharkhand of India. My gas cylinder was emptied 3 days back. Yesterday I wenk as usual to exchange the cylinder. They told to cobring the card. Today I telephonedto the local indane service centre and he told to come. I went and there the worker told me to come in the afternoon, and many office going people were standing there. To collect the cylinder he is asking me to come on tomorrow and if my number comes than otherwise day after tomorrow. Is it proper for them to behave like that. Are the rules permitting. Please act in this matter.

Sir/madam I am lakshminarayana my Indian Gas connection No. is 16804 at Ajitha Gas agency Villivakkam i have bocked for cylender after 25 days (receving last cylinder) on 25 octomber 2008 at that time they told within 15 days u will get cylinder like that but so for Till date i have not receved filled gas cylinde,s i went 4 times to agency`office and i have made complaints to coustomer care center twise but so for no reply

now i am requisting you plz send me area manager phone number

and help me

Dear Sir/Madam,

I like to inform you that since last 6 months i m trying to take a gas connection for my home. But, everytime when i reach at nearest agency the executives are simply saying that try after 2-3 months.

I like to inform you that i am working and i can't take leaves on working days just for asking only whether i will get the connection or not?

I m just getting tired now. Please take any necessary action for this and try to help me for getting connection ASAP.

Here cylinder emptied before 3 days. Last cylinder delivered before 40 days. We are using Kerosene stove for cooking at now.

How to elaborate my complaint... No one can able to solve this problem unless we should switch to some other gas agency.
