I have been with SunCom for about 5 years and I am warning everyone to BEWARWE! I will admit the UNPLAN is a great plan and I had no problem with them for many years but this last year and half has been a joke. Though I cant afford it I am payin 400.00 to end my and my husbands contract. Poor customer service, they treat new customers better than long term, ROAMING sucks, each person you talk to at the stores or the "customer care" number don not know their "butt" from a hole in the ground. The story is way 2 long, but I am begging people do not go with SunCom, they are Suncom and THEY DONT GET IT.
