Date: 4/14/2007Hello,There are inaccuracies in a comment apparently posted by

a disgruntled consumer "S. M" on your complaints page on the link below:http://www.complaints.com/directory/2005/september/25/18.htmThe consumer "S. M", says, "These two companies are the same company." This is completely inaccurate and untrue. There is no business relationship between the two companies other than that of an 'independant agency' relationship. The consumer also states that he/she had a less than acceptable experience with Tel3Advantages' customer service department. This posting was on September 25, 2005 and the Tel3 customer service department was newly operational and was in the process of staffing up. Basically Tel3Advantage had growing pains back then and we apologized to all active accounts affected by email. It's true that customer service department was not up to par at that time of this compaint but that has no relevance to the savings the customer experienced using his $25.00" account, if the account was activated. If the account was not 'activated', which this customers message sounds like, then there could have been something wrong with his credit card. It's now April 2007 and, I assure all concerned readers, that Tel3Advantage is very responsive and aitelephone.com still enthusiastically endorses and recommends this service daily. It has proved to be one of the biggest money savers for our customers. Thanks for any assistance you can provide in disclosing thisorrection and update.Regards,Michael

Tel 3 Advantage and Aitelephone.comThese two companies are the same company. If you click on Aitelephone, it redirects you to Tel3Advantage. They are your worst nightmare in international Long Distance company. Stay away from them unless you want to have the worlds worst customer service experience. I was lucky I only signed up online for $25.00. They promised to call me back in 45 minutes after signing up, to activate my account. They did not call, after 3 hours, I called them back, I was kept on hold for 45 minutes. A lady comes on the phone and tells me to give her a few minutes to get ready to activate my account, I gave her the few minutes. I was kept on hold again for 15 minutes. She comes back and tells me that I should give her 5 minutes to send me an email with my account information. Its been 2 days, I have

not received that email yet.I should have stuck with my western union phone card.RegardsS. M
