Continental Airline Trip from Orlando, FL to Newark, NJ flight #1693 My name is Jenny Almaguer, on 9/19/2005 in Orlando florida I asked the Continental Agent if it was safe to check my suit case with my digital camera inside and the answer was yes, then as soon as I arrrived Newark Airport at the baggage clain I opened my suitcase and my digital camera and memory card were gone, there I filed a complain and got this file # EWRCO48087 and 973 681 1621 number to call which I did, the nasty answer was that I was not supposed to carry anything important in my suitcase and that they are not responsible for the people that work for them, if they are not responsible then who is responsible? I know that was my mistake to trust and leave my camera in the suitcase but why these people has to be nasty to a customer like me that I have always used continental?
