I recently bought a dinette set from wicks and picked it up from their will call office (in Rancho Cucamonga, CA). After getting the set home I noticed that three of the chairs were defective; when I made a call to their customer service department, they initially tried to tell me that I had to wait until a service consultant came by my house to inspect the chairs. I had to go through a ridiculously tedious process (of speaking with supervisors and managers) before they advised me that I could take the chairs back and exchange them; I finally did after a couple of days. After a couple of days of having the dinette set in my house, I noticed that the laminate was peeling off of the table. I again called Wick's customer service to complain; they refused to allow me to exchange the furniture, which was only a week old. I was forced to make an appointment to have a service consultant come to my house to inspect the furniture (which took one month for him to come out). After he came out and inspected the table I was forced to wait for a report to be written (I've been waiting for the past two weeks with no results). For the past few days I've been calling Wick's customer service, in an attempt to get some type of resolution regarding the defective merchandise, but I've only been getting the run-a-around (quoted their ericaceous policies) and empty promises that a supervisor/manager would call me back (one still haven't called and I've waiting for the past three days). I've had dealings with buying merchandise from various businesses in the past, but I have to admit that this experience with Wicks is by far the worst. A person should not have to go through all this red tape to replace new furniture. As a result of this experience, I will never shop at that place again. I would strongly recommend that if you are looking to buy furniture, stay away from Wicks; their customer service is horrible.

Thank you for your warning about their customer service I was going to go there today actually and buy a kitchen table but i wanted first to look online and see what they had but this message of yours came up first which im glad it did. Looks like i will be shopping elsewhere today. Thank You, Chrystal
