P O Box 333, Glasgow, G2 9AG Subject: complain against bad and customer service Bill period: up to 11sep 05 Account number: 923sss Bill number: 592sss Phone number: 07sssss To whom it may concern: I am the customer having above account details, I am sorry, but I faced a very unpleasant situation because of the mismanagement and bad customer service of "3". My concern is that: - My mobile phone has been stolen on 11 September, 2005 between 7:00am to 10:00am - I called the customer service from land line number 02077322530 at about 10:20am to report stolen phone - I was assured that phone is blocked and services stopped. But I was surprised to see the bill that the thief has been using my phone even after that. The thief has been calling many places for long times (even out of my calling pattern) including Pakistan and Bahrain. Because of this customer service negligence, the thief put me at risk. . He might have used the phone for illegal/unlawful purposes. He put lot of bill on my account .Not only that I am put under stress, mental trauma and unpleasant situation. I therefore, request you to kindly investigate the matter and waive my extra and undue bill on my account and check that this kind of negligence should not repeat in future with any other customer. i want to complain about services recieved today 12.12.08. i recieived a text saying i have received 5 free credit that i can use any way i like,when the credit was NOT added i called 3 from my phone to bascially be called a liar and that no such message had been sent, he had just checked.Well ive stll got the text and will be taking it to a 3 store 4 them to see and i will want an apology and will be changeing my mobile phone and my mobile broadband seems how rude the man was and how i have had nothing but bad customer services since i joined 3. lilgem2008@live.co.uk
