on aug 22 we ordered a notebook for our son in college. we we told that it takes 2 days to build and 3-5 days to recieve shippment after building . we were told by the dell sales person thatdell is good about

timely getting the product to the custermer . the note book was due on sept 1 2005 then 2 days latter we were told after we contacted dell that we there was a problem and we were once again assurred that it would ship by the next due date 9/12/2005 well once again we we told after contacting dell and talking with the indians that they we real sorry and that it would for sure ship 9/16/2005 that date came and went and now they say it would will ship 9/23/2005 . tonight i called dell sales and talked to a guy named josh and he was not helpfulat all . i asked for a number to file a complaint within dell and he gave me a bogus number 1-800 289-9897 . dell is now # 1 in lying to thier costermers and not able to deliver a produt that has been order for over 3 weeks and has had our money since 8-22-05 . i will not buy from dell anymore as they have no honor.
