This company is the most unprofessional of any online ordering company I have ever dealt with. I received an order in October 2004. I sent back a Margarita set and Cosmo set because it was pure CRAP. All it contained was some cheap napkins, recipe cards, and swizzle sticks for $12.95 each.

I spent $8.64 first class postage to mail the package back to them. They never received it. I re-wrote the check that was in the box to get them off my back.

Now almost 10 months later they are taking me to collections for $25.90.

I faxed them 27 pages of letters I have replied to, telling them I don't have the merchandise, it was returned. They receipted another invoice for a return, but not these two items.

I am to the end of my rope. The best I can do is spread the word that these people are idiots and do not deserve any business. Most of their products are substandard "Big Lots" type items.

If you are lucky enough to get someone to answer the phone you are only frustrated by their ineptitude.

I have spoken to several people there who seem to be uneducated, low IQ individuals who can't think for themselves.

I am spreading the word as far and wide as I can to have all friends, family and acquaintances to stop buying from ABC Distributing. The business they lost from this consumer is more than what the 2 $12.95 items are worth.
