Hi,

 

Could you please respond to my below mail.

Today again I spoke to AOL Billing consultants and the supervisor (ryon).

 

To be frank, i am totally disappointed with the way AOL is functioning and the kind of customer service which they provide.

They never bothered to follow up the customer complaints so seriously and even though the fault is from their side, they will not do anything to minimise the damaged which they caused from their action.

 

I would appreciate if you could take a close look into my complaint and take the appropriate action.

Hi,

 

AOL debitted my checking account with an amount of $286.80 against the cancellatin fee when I am on trial offer.

Due to this I incurred an over draft charges from my Credit card with an amount of $10.

I was following up with AOl for the past few days since I have no balance in my checking account and also i cannot use my debit card for my regular transactions. I was being told on 27th Aug by AOL Billing Consultant (Sandeep Patel) that my amount will be credited into my checking account via wire transfer by monday midnight, but to my surprise it was not done.

 

Today (30th Aug 2005) again, I spoke to Ismail from Billing dept to check why it is not done.

This consultant keeps on saying that it normally takes 5-7 business days to credit my account which is quite

contradictory confirmation from two consultants from the same departments.

I asked him to transfer this call to supervisor as I do not have any balance in my checking account but he is

reluctant to do so and keep on saying the same thing. I am totally disatisfied with the way AOL is functioning now and I definitely rate its customer service below expected. Very Disappointed,
