response to complaint-Chad Smit
In regards to a complaint posted about our company, Coverquest.com, I would like to inform you of the real story. We rely upon our supplier, Cover It, to supply us with the products, as well as information. As it turns out, Cover It switched over their computer systems early in the order process. In doing so, they inadvertently put a 3 week hold on some of our orders. They relocated prior to the computers being switched over. Of course there were delays. In any case, Mrs. Smit called us on numerous occasions to inquire on her order. Each time, we had to tell her the same thing, we are checking on it. We always called her back, even though we did not have accurate information. I do need to mention how rude this woman was each and every time she called. The garage was due to ship on the final day she called. We arbitrarily decided to cancel her order because we had dealt with her rudeness too many times. Actually, rude does no begin to cover her behavior. As a member of the BBB, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We decided to exercise this right. We do not need to be treated in the manner of which she was treating us. No amount of money is worth that!
