This is to be posted for all of the customers having trouble with Westlake Financials tactics, harassment, bullying and illegal means for debt collection. To all customers having trouble with this company, I have contacted the following organizations and filed complaints, you need to do the same. There is power in numbers, we can stop their illegal practices and harassment. The Federal Trade Commission suggested sending a "cease communication" certified letter to the company once you file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. The FTC advised me to do this, because after they receive the "cease communication" certified letter, by law, they can no longer make contact.

If you happen to be past customers, please do the same by calling and letting these organizations know your experience with them.

They have complaints already filed against Westlake Financial but as I said, together, we, in large numbers can actually get something done.

I have talked to all government branches above and filed complaints, I have been told that Westlakes practices and harassment should be investigated, they will only do this, if other customers file the same complaint.
