When ever it rains, our mail gets saturated and sometime torn to shreds, we have a letter box in the door, and this is not the first time it has happened!! We have lived in the same house for 54years. Never had to complain before, but since the carriers are not of the same caliber we are getting shoddy service, even get perspiration all over the mail!! What can you do about it, do they need to be trained to do a good job??
