UPS UPS October 7, 2005 The UPS store 3862 in Athens, GA (Epps Bridge Pkwy.) has terrible customer service issues. My package that has been sent to Canada and was returned by the buyer and I was supposed to receive it a few weeks ago. However, they somehow lost the item and have been telling me false information for the past two weeks. I have insured the item, but they are not working to give me money back for the package. The owner of this store is Neal Patel and he even gave me his word that he would cut out a check from the corporate business check, but he gave me excuses saying that he needs to wait until the claims department approve my claim. I am actually writing this from the UPS store on my birthday waiting for over an hour while the owner is on the phone with the corporate office. I have been at the store 4 times just this week about this and no one seems to be helping me at all.
