Complaining of Hostos C, C book store

I bought a text book at above store 2weeks before, and prof said I can use similar book I have, We have never stared using that book on class. so I tried to return it yesterday. But the manager of the store, Mr. Gray Gardiner, said it is impossible. I've never opened the book and because I could not give up returning it, asked how I should complain it and Who the manager is Then he said he is the manager and barnesandnoble might responsble for that and gave assress;18th St 5thAve Manhattan. So I ashed if the barnesandnoble is related with the book store because I doubted if it is. He said "yes".

So I went the barnesandnoble store at 18th St 5thAve Manhattan, and asked them if I could retune my text book there and of course, they said they could not because they do not have any relation with the irresponsible book store. So I call back to the school book store and asked what happened, Why they

refused it, then the irresponsible manager Mr. Gray Gardiner said I do not know. So I said why did he say go there and why the school book store do not return it. He said the policy of the store do not allow it. He said if I wanted to return it, i should have do it during the first week of semester. But I purchased it third week of the semester. How could return it before purchasing it? So I asked who made the policy and then i said I need to take with the person. He said he would call me back after

inquireing it. But he never called. So I went the book store again then the manager gave me a number.

So I ask what the nuber was he answered that was the barnesandnoble haed office number. Because I did not think they related with this book store, I ask to him why he always said barnesandnoble then he said it was lelated. Needless th say, the barnesandnoble said it was not their business. I Finally can not stand his behavior. I do not think students who do not have any power always have to be defeated to them.
