Surplus Alert.com Surplus Alert.com October 7, 2005 Surplus Alert.com is charging me $29.95 a month for nothing. I called them last month and they said I would have my $29.95 refunded this month, but instead they charged me the $29.95 again. How can I put a stop to this? Thank you.
