Hi

I was recently involved in a car accident.Farmers arranged for my car to be fixed with their autobody of choice.They made an appointment of Sept 19 and i took in my car.I have a car rental coverage for 20 days on my policy.Farmers did not give the body shop a go ahead to fix the car until Oct 3 and so my car was just sitting there unrepaired.My twenty days are over and the body shop says that the car wont be ready until Oct 19.I have tried to call the insurance about paying for the rental since i think its their fault but the agent who is assigned to my claim was so rude and told me they can only pay for 20 days and i need to arrange something with the body shop.I had been calling him and he wont return my messages and so i asked to speak with his supervisor whom i have been trying to reach for the last two days.My question is I am responsible for paying for the 19 days of the rental car?Is this my fault?If not can i get help anywhere to resolve this matter?

Looking forward to hearing from anybody with any suggestion on how to go about it.
