Video Professor/ I was drawn in by a survey and by my stupity I got mixed up with them. They are a shame. I called and canceled the order within a hour. I was told it was taken care of. But, the money was still removed from my account causing a overdraft which costs me $19.00. I sent it back and that costs me another $2.32. with a return reciept. Why does it costs them $6.95 wihout a return reciept. After alot of dealing with Anne Deeb @ Video Professor.com( customer service manager). They agreed to deposit a refund. Donot believe that one. And they said they would maybe pay the overdraft if I sent them a copy of my Bank Statement. Oh yeah give them more information so they can remove more money with a differant account number. I had to cancel my Visa. The bank said that it was the only way to stop them. Be careful that cd is not worth it. Brcause they will keep sending and withdrawing. OVER AND OVER
