My mother was told her poem would be published and that we should preorder a copy. This we did. My credit card was charged a sad 47.75 in June/July 2005 and its now October and there is no sign of the book. There has been no letter indicating when to expect the publishing.

There is no number I can call them at to find out the time I should expect this book. Judging by the other complaints I suspect this was a scam. I want our money back NOW.
