I was getting calls from E R Solutions who is apparently a collection agency. When I called them and tried to explain they had the wrong person and phone number I was greeted by the rudest person I’ve ever talked to before. I work in Customer Service so I’ve talked to a few. He accused me of being a liar and wasting his time. Then kept threatening to hang up on me when I tried to explain. I saw someone else had the same experience when I Googled and found your site. What can be done about this company? Thanks
