Complaint about a Company. Are they real or not?

Complaint,

Every so often, I receive information in the mail that I have won money from a company that has been looking for me to distribute funds. I just received something again. The information looks real but I can't tell and I can't find any information online that would show that this company is legitimate. I am wondering because it's so much money that maybe the location is hidden due to the type of company it is. I would like for you to pursue this on my behalf to find out whether or not the company is legitimate. The company's name and address is:

Consumer Registration Center 1054 Center St. Suite 145, Thornhill ON L4J 8E5 Canada.

The form is a E-40A and E-40B.???

Please let me know if this is real.
