Complaint against MandT Bank in New York State Complaint against MandT Bank in New York State October 7, 2005 We have a checking account with MandT bank, we also have on-line banking. Our computer shows us if details are available...If not cash is not available...If so cash is supposidly available. This statement shows the cash was there and that the bills rendered were payed...wrong..The bills were payed but....On the top of the statement all of a sudden the cash flow was positive, but became negaitive....I was told the checks didn't clear yet..We recieved 9 insufficient bal. notices at 32.00/ a pop..This is something that has never occured in the past, with our payroll checks..We have been with this bank for 14 years almost.Guess what...lol...not really laughing the bank kept my wifes earnings and part of mine...So instead of having money for groceries and other bills we gave up a weeks work in earnings and then some...nice huh? Well Mand T I guess you found out that our payroll checks are good...I hope you choke on them too...God will pay you back....My children said to say hi and thanks for taking our dinner money....If any-body cares to chat and get a petition against this type of treatment
...Please e-mail me
