Dell.com complaint Dell.com complaint October 7, 2005 A Dell phone representative admited to me that their promotional material including advertising on their own website is completely meaninglessand you "can't go by that". It took 4 emails and 5 phone calls just to get a straight answer on why my computer that was advertised as "buy today, ships today" had an estimated ship date of a week after the order was placed. The estimated ship date was then pushed back another week with Dell making no atempt to make right on the problem. DO NOT BUY FROM DELL
