ELT Express

I am planning travel and sent cashiers check as instrusted to ELT Express for the airline tickets but did not recieve them. Kept e- mailing as no 800 number and finally got answer of another flight time change but no tickets or instructions of how to or when would we them Please send any help you may offer John
