I recently opened a new business and with this business I aquired a new telephone number. Bank One has called this number every morning and every afternoon from day one. They are calling in reference to an account in which I have no relation. I have contacted this daily to have my phone number removed and I have yet to have luck! I have even been given confirmation numbers at the end of my call, yet I hang up and the calls continue. The first rep that I spoke with suggested that I pay my phone carrier to block their number! This has been an extremely frustrating process and very inconvinent. I continuesly have to break away from potential customers because of the phone ringing.....then I answer only to realize that it is Bank One and their annoying recorded voice harrasing me yet again! I find their customer service to be disgraceful! I previously banked with them and I closed all accounts due to the lack in assistance and the fact that they find it hard to follow through. SO, why would I want for them to call me now? I though I would never have to talk to them again!
