My name is Neven, wireless number: (646) 483-1sss. I've signed an agreement and start using T-Mobile after their confirmation that my at the time existing (Verizon Wireless) phone number will be transferred. I requested my number to be transferred to T-Mobile and I signed the 1-year agreement with T-Mobile. Unfortunately after several months of service I still can't receive phone calls from some of the callers. When they (some callers located in USA, Canada, Europe, ...) tried to call me they were getting busy signal. Some of them called me on my land line and told me about that problem but many callers were never able to reach me. I am using this phone for my personal as well as for the business purposes and this problem had caused me a lot of problems not to mentioned lost businesses. How many people called me and weren't able to talk to me is a mystery for me.

It is simply UNBELIEVABLE and at the same time totally UNACCEPTABLE to me that T-Mobile Technical Service people told me that everything is fine with my service. I was told to call telephone service providers of the people that were trying to call me and to check with their network service providers and if needed to update their service records in order to "tell" their networks that my phone number isn't Verizon's but T-Mobile's! Technical Support supervisor (Tory as he introduced himself) also told me that they can not provide me with any written document to prove his claim that Technical Service did their work, investigated the claim and that they found nothing wrong. Basically they can't help me at all. I was told to call every telephone provider in the World to let them know that I switched my phone number from Verizon to T-Mobile. He also said that there is anybody in T-Mobile that I can talk to about this problem but him. I have family that is unable to call me from their home (519) 7ss-8sss and I want them to be able to reach me when they need.
