Video Professor / I was doing a survey and I stupidly ordered video professor, Learn Excel. I changed my mind within a hour. I called to cancel and they said it was too late the order was shipped. They might be nice when you order but not when you cancel. My account was charged they would not give me a confirmation number. They said they do not do that. So please if you do order keep in mind you will not get your money back. And you will be treated rudely as I was.It is free for 10 days yeah! And if you download it they still have you they are like a virus
