I went into your Sprint PCS store on Youree Drive in Shreveport, Louisiana this morning to have them check my phone by their tech. but instead i got a lot of flak from the manager. I told him what the problem was and he insisted that i had been dropping the phone is the reason it was acting the way it was and i told him i had never dropped my phone. I am a 55 year old man who is always careful with everything because i run a restraunt and i just do not drop things. Never the less we exchanged words and i walked out very unhappy because i got nothing done to my phone. If this is the way you treat your customers then there will be a lot you will lose. Like i told him, after my contract expires I want be back if I have to put up with this when I go into one of your stores. The killing part about this is, I have and always have had
