Purchased a sectionla sofa 11/19/04. Salesman advised sofa would be available for pick up the following Friday. Visited the store on scheduled pick up date to find out sofa wasn't in, and Appliance Depot couldn't tell us when it would be available. Finally received sofa three weeks later. We were also advised of a one year warrany on the product. After two months of use, one of the cushions collapsed. Phoned Appliance Depot for warranty service five onths ago, the cushion has NOT been repaired to date. We also tried to obtain the corp office with no luck.
