gocollect.com gocollect.com October 6, 2005 www.gocollect.com I had to file a complaint against the BBB and told AMEX to withhold payment on them. I cancelled an order 2 days after I made it (and the item was on back order with them, not expected to ship for weeks and weeks). I cancelled via email because there was no link to cancel. I also Voicemailed them (they will never answer). They emailed me and said "too bad, you didn't cancel in time" I wrote back and call baloney on them and had proof of my cancelling. They would not call me back. I literally left 15 messages on voicemail and emailed at least a dozen times. They never got back to me. I have never paid them because I stopped AMEX and never rec'd the package yet they never credited my account. They are absolutely terrible. I have claim open with the BBB and Attorney's General for their state (I cannot remember but think it is IL). I would never order from them. It makes you believe that they are a one or two man operation with an answering machine. Very unprofessional. Spread the word as I see I am not the only one getting the shaft.
