False advertising.

I was told cleaner would be "older and experienced". She was a teenager.

Poor customer service.

They never return phone calls.

1st cleaning - the cleaner was going to be 1.5 hours late. I couldn't wait on her.

2nd cleaning - never showed up.

3rd cleaning - received a phone call the evening before that the cleaner wasn't going to clean my home and that I should find another cleaning service.

No one should even bother with this cleaning service.

I've never had so much trouble in 1.5 months to have my home cleaned only once.
