Talk America

We had been with Talk America for several years for our long distance service and it seemed fine. I didn't pay too much attention as they never sent an itemized bill and charged it to our credit card. Then we started using our cell phone only for long distance, but $35-$40 bill were still coming. I finally got hold of them and was able to see our bill and for the last 3 months we had no long distance calls with them and our bill was still that high. I canceled right away and they still kept charging my credit card unit I called and had it stopped with the card. I couldn't believe the amount they were charging me every month for nothing.
