I ordered Kiehls hair thickening lotion in August. I still have not received it and it is now October. They will not respond my emails!! I just emailed them for the fifth time today!!

 

I do not understand what kind of company does this to people!!

This is my fourth time writing regarding an order placed over 2 months ago!!!! When I wrote the first time, you said the item would be shipped in 2 days, this was over a month ago???? I went to the Kiehls counter to purchase the item, and the stated they do not even make it anymore??? So then you would not be able to sell it to me if the do not even make the product anymore. I want my money back now!!!!!!!!
