I purchased a value pack, (enough said) on the Hefty one zip bags UPC # 1370081430. They do not close by the zipper nor by hand, back and forth, nothing. This is the 30 bag, 1 gallon, one zip. Funny, a 2 proof of purchase from "Hefty" is included on the back, sure..... I want a refund. If not, your loss - I'll find a better product that does have quality control within there facility of operation.
