In January I sent my no longer functioning Fujitsu notebook computer to Wesley Forrester at portablecomputer.com with a check for $300. I have a stream of emails, some of which he answered, some he didn't. First it was the power circuit in the notebook (which I know was right, the power supply
had shorted and burned out the unit). He said it was common and would be fixed in a few weeks. I didn't hear back for months. Then I finally got an answer, he said there was a delay getting the parts. Months and months pass. I ask for a refund and the notebook back. He says he got the parts but that the LCD was burned out. More months pass. For the last month, no replies, now my email gets
bounced and his website is gone. He took my notebook, my money, my time. I have never felt so ripped off. I did a search on his site before I sent the unit in and there were no complaints at all. Now, I see several showing up.
