Hello. My name is Ashley. I am the proud mother of a 6-month-old beautiful boy. I have had his pictures taken five times and three of those times at PCA. Being such a wonderful customer, a couple of the girls there are very good to me! They are wonderful with my son and take great pictures. When one made a mistake and she was partially in one of the pictures, she made it right by replacing them the next time we had photos taken!

 

The other two girls work there are horrible and I have not had a good experience with them at all! The first two times I had his photos taken, I spent well over $100 each visit. The third time, I encountered a new girl and only bought the $6.88 package. She spent no time trying to take even decent pictures! Not one to normally complain, I took the pictures and left.

 

I made and appointment for Sunday, October 2, 2005 at 4:30pm. When we arrived (MAYBE 5 minutes late because we had problems with parking) a family had just begun being photographed. There were two other families waiting to be photographed. I waited until 5 when I was able to speak to one of the two bad employees and she explained to me that I would need to wait. It would be nearly 6pm before we would be able to have our pictures taken. I was absolutely FURIOUS. We had already been told to make an appointment because appointments have presedence over walk-ins. (We unknowingly "walked-in" once and they couldn't see us!). They gave my appointment to a walk-in. Every time I have gone, I have had an appointment. I have been there on time and I have always waited at least 10 minutes. The one time I am a couple of minutes late, they photograph someone else. Apparently, they were willing to give me whoever had the 6pm appointment!

 

I left so incredible mad that I could barely see straight. I drove directly home and wrote them an e-mail. Expecting at the very least and apology. I received nothing. I wrote them a second letter today and explained that I now know where their employees get their lack of customer service skills.

I plan never to return to PCA ever again!! I will take my business and more importantly my MONEY elsewhere.
