I have a Sprint Cell phone from Radio Shack. Both my wife and I got phones and had to pay 300.00 dollars for deposit and 150 dollars for the phones which will have a mail in rebate. After a week of service our phones were disconnected and we were told that the 300 dollar deposit that we paid (in cash) was not credited to our account and we exceeded our limit. After the manager of radio shack was on the phone with sprint customer service for a half hour it got straightened out and our phones were back in working within an hour. We were told that we were given a 10 day credit until the 300 dollars were credited to our account. All was good for about a week when our phones were once again disconnected. My wife called and talked to a supervisor and he stated that we had exceded limit but he will give us a 10 day credit, this was on Monday. On Wednesday once again our service is shut off and they say its due to us being over our limit. I Called and tried to get ahold of a supervisor (total of 7 times), and got hung up on all 7 times. When we signed up for the service the radio shack representative told us that to get the phone for free that we had to get the pcs vision service pack and that it was free for 30 days. They told us to cancel the service before October 15th, to avoid charges. We were also told that all downloads while we have the service pack is free. Customer service at Sprint told us that we had too many downloads and that it was not free and we are being charged for the downloads. I am about ready to file a complaint throught the Better Business Bureau. I am not happy with their service and defineately not happy with the customer service of Sprint.
