October 30, 2005 Fedex delivery service, Chesterfield MI

Given 2 consecutive dates on which my package was supposed to arrive, waited all day BOTH DAYS and never received said package. I called Fedex customer service who tried to contact the local office and they could not. I now have to wait an additional 2 days (one of which being a normal business day until I may, and I emphasize may as the operator from Fedex did as well, receive some sort of answer as to why I wasted two days of my life that I will never get back waiting for a product that did not come. I am very dissatisfied and will NEVER use Fedex for anything again (of course I will also be encouraging my friends/associates to not use their service as well).
