Reliance India Call charged me a single call of 30000 secs once. I disputed it and after 15 phone calls and 10 emails, nothing has happened. I call them and the usual answers I get are these: 1) Our systems are being upgraded. I can't see your details. 2) My supervisor is busy. They do not resolve disputes nor do they give a reason for denial or approval. anand Click this link to e-mail the message author: Email User From: Message Author (click here to email author) Date: Sunday, 30-Oct-05 23:00:00 CST Business: Reply Online Consumer: Comment On This Comment On ThisIt was so dispointing and rough experience with reliance - ANIL AMBANI COMPANY It was litterally torture on the phone ..put on hold for hours !!!The person attending the call is not reading the emails ..person reading the email is not coming on the phone No supervisor or floor manager was able to answer and understand pain and suffering i went through No one is esclating it to ...Looks people sitting there are not fit for jobs Dominic Savio was the person who was working on the back end and there was lot of miscommunication through emails or middle person who was holding the phone was not able to explain everything and this guy does not want to come on phone Origional Issue that brought to me after 6 months " CHARGE BACK ON THE ACCOUNT" The credit Card �...9217 which reliance was claiming the payment was not paid from was blocked by the bank Reason : It was misused by hackers while used for charging the account on RELIANCEINDIACALL.COM and it was misused for $70 I had sent email to reliance when it was blocked " it was typo mistake in the email so could be email does not reach to them but they came back to me after 6 months ... and Do not understand relaince website was compromised and Card was misused while that transaction was made !!! hence transaction was blocked... After explaining the samething 100000 times ..No one is ready to even understand " what is hacking" They Blocked my wife's account she had my number as backup number in her profile..she paid through different card which end with "7576" ..they BLOCKED HER ACCOUNT -THAT WAS NOT UNDER FAULT for any reason Now she has asked the BANK TO BLOCK THE PAYMENT OF $10.88 paid to use for her number this will be the real "CHARGE BACK Since the services are BLOCKED for no concrete reason on her account There are many options avaliable in the Market ...to call in the world.. I don't need to suffer or live on mercy anil amabani and idiots he has hired I never denied to pay but the way they want to handle it is extra ordinary behavoiur ..it lacks and sucks ...
