Tim Hortons poorly run Tim Hortons poorly run October 30, 2005 If Tim Hortons was interested in customer satisfaction they would make it easy to comment on poor service. The store at Belmont and Glasgow Sts in Kitchener is poorly run with slow service and lousy management. Today took the cake. I waited 10 minutes for a coffee at the counter whille the one counter staff made a number of sandwiches and combos. Meanwhile two black shirts (managers?) ambled around totally oblivious to the long line up while doing nothing. Finally the one black shirt started to make a sandwich (wrong size and wrong bread) with a attitude that would make Conrad Black proud. She shouldn't have a job let alone be a manager.
