tangerine candy / tampered with - Walmart, Taylorsville, N.C.

Several weeks ago I bought a bag of tangerine hard candy for my husband to have at church. He likes to have some kind of hard candy in his mouth during service so he won't start coughing. After service he showed me the wrapper for the candy in question. He showed me a piece of chewed gum inside one wrapper folded up, inside another wrapper. Those were inside another wrapper that was sealed. I have no idea how all of this was done, but I don't think I'll be buying any more Baskins Robbins candy.
