I have a go visa card from cingular I was having trouble I went to 3 places and still couldn’t get any help. I called the cingular store near the Beverly center off La Cienga And Melrose He told me since I was on the phone I couldn’t get help and he hung up the phone in my face so I drove down there and no manager in the store everyone has an attitude one of the sales clerk told me I need to have a better day so even when I got there I was still treated rude And to top this there is no way you can email customer service if you can please let everyone know what a bad company cingular is
