I have read now a couple of complaints about this company (on this site), and would like to file mine as well. Veterinary Pet Insurance is a company with which my family has had policies for our two cats

for the past two years now. Last year, one cat had a minor incident, and after a very long time, a minor amount was repaid. Recently, another cat had an abcess; the vet bill was about $1000. VPI paid less than $90. The web site says that the payment schedule is based upon the average amount that treatment for any given

incident costs nationwide. I _refuse_ to believe that. Has anyone else had terrible dealings with this company lately? Grumble.
