ML-1710 Samsung Laser Printer

Two nos Samsung ML 1710 Laser Printer installed in Cochin shipyard limited is not working last 6 months. A complaint registed with the local (cochin) service center. The had taken paper feed rolls from the printer. But till date they turned up. We repeatedly asked them to replace the same. But no response from them. Kindly look into the matter immediately.
