I ordered a digital camera from this company. They took 19 days to ship the product from their store to Colorado even though I paid for UPS shipping and was notified the product was in stock when I ordered and would ship out the next day. UPS only had the product for 2 of those 19 days. Upon the product arriving it did not work. It was sold as new and instead was a refurbished model. The internet site stated the product was new. When customer service was contacted to issue a replacement camera they stated the store policy on returns was 7 days and those 7 days started when the camera was purchased. This meant that the camera could not be returned even before it had been shipped. Customer service was poor at best and the fact of selling a refurbished product listed as new should be illegal.
Thank you, Nancy

They are a bunch of scammers. I placed an order back on 12/24 for the new Samsung 52" HD LCD which to date has not been received! Each time I call they can't seem to tell me why my order is taking so long. Furthermore, when you call their customer service dept they place you on eternal hold! To this date, the order has not been processed! I have gone ahead and cancelled with Prestige Camera and gone through B&H Photo who has free shipping for a limited time. They are a much reputable company. Online price incl tax and shipping was $927.51. Actual price on invoice that arrived with TV and was charged to my credit card = $1299.69. And the guarantee was for 3 years, not 5. Getting my money back - hah, TVs cannot be returned. These people should not be doing business. I'm writing this to warn all potential buyers: BEWARE! On the website, it calimed it was "In Stock". When I ordered it, the company tried telling me I needed to buy an excessively overpriced battery, or the camera wouldn't work. I had already purchased the required battery from another store, so didn't need one. When I refused to buy a battery, the camera I ordered "disappeared from their wharehouse" and was put on backorder. When I called about it, they claim the camera was an "import model" and a "chinese import" and in order to buy the "real camera" I needed to pay an extra $200. I canceled my order. The addresses they use seem to be fake. The address given is a textile company. Go to http://donwiss.com/pictures/BrooklynStores/h0180.htm for proof. Thanks.
